computer technology has become uncontrollable, and various emerging industries
are slowly developing. The air pressure telemetry system is moving towards high
intelligence, automation, high precision, low cost and miniaturization. The air
pressure telemetry system consists of terminal equipment and line equipment
(pressure sensor Composition, the terminal equipment is located in the bureau,
and its function is to supply power to the line equipment) to automatically
measure, display and print the air pressure value of the cable. The line
equipment is set up on the line, and its purpose is to convert electrical
signals to transmit them to the terminal equipment, and the line equipment is
the main means of ingesting air pressure information. It plays a crucial role in
the air pressure telemetry system. Therefore, the quality and accuracy of the
line equipment are directly related to reducing the maintenance workload and
simplifying the air pressure inspection process. This article mainly introduces
the failure of pressure sensor and the correct installation method.

How to solve the fault of pressure sensor:

(1) Check the gas path of the cable.

(2) Electronic means measure the absolute air pressure, which makes the
control of the inflation state of the line more complete and continuous.

(3) From both dynamic and static aspects, the gas leakage point can be
estimated in advance.

(4) Determine the time change of the pressure in the cable, so as to estimate
the time of inflation, that is, when negative variables appear, the reduction
amount can be determined in advance, so as to determine the final pressure value
and the corresponding diffusion time of the fault section of the pressure
sensor.

Then the correct installation method of the pressure sensor is as
follows:

First of all, we need to determine the specific installation location of the
pressure sensor. In order to determine the number and specific installation
location of the pressure sensor, we need to consider each inflation section of
the inflation net.

(1) For non-branched cables, due to the consistent cable program of the base
wire, the installation spacing of the pressure sensor is not less than 500m, and
the total number is not less than 4.

(2) In order to facilitate the determination of the failure point of the
pressure sensor, in addition to installing the pressure sensor at the starting
point, another one should be installed 150~200m away from the starting point. Of
course, in the design, economic and technical factors must be considered. Where
the pressure sensor does not need to be installed, it should not be
installed.

(3) The pressure sensor must be installed along the cable, and it is best to
install it at the cable joint.

(4) Each cable should be equipped with no less than 4 pressure sensors, and
the two pressure sensors close to the telephone station should not be 200m
apart.

(5) Install one at the beginning and end of each cable.

(6) One branch point of each cable should be installed. If the two branch
points are close to each other (less than 100m), only one can be installed.

(7) Cable laying method (overhead, underground) should be installed at the
change of 1

(8) Verify the frequency response value of the pressure sensor under normal
atmospheric pressure and standard temperature conditions through appropriate
instruments.

(9) Verify the correctness of the coding of the pressure sensor and the
corresponding frequency response signal.

With the production of air pressure telemetry equipment, pressure sensors
have also been applied to cables. For the normal operation of the entire
pressure telemetry system, the pressure sensor needs to be matched with the
pressure telemetry equipment to coordinate the work. From the air pressure
telemetry system, the working mode is divided into two types: "line selection
plus selection point" and "line selection". Then, if there is a pressure sensor
failure, you must refer to a reasonable solution in order to better eliminate
the problem. Then the problem can be solved better at a certain time.
